We’re looking for a full-time Marketing Editor to join us at Focus Entertainment, based in Paris, France. As part of our marketing team, you'll work on our full catalogue of exciting releases!

You will be responsible for taking ownership of a variety of marketing and production tasks, including:

  • Writing/editing of marketing materials (including PR texts, back of box, etc.)
  • Working closely with the internal video team in creation of trailer scripts/outlines
  • Working with creative teams in idea generation (game titles, taglines, asset concepts, etc.)
  • Participation in the creation of marketing creative guidelines
  • Participation in forming the communication strategy across all titles
  • Meeting journalists or partners and presenting games at industry events

For these tasks you will work in conjunction with the Brand team, Editorial team, PR team, Trade Marketing team, and Video team, as well as our internal/external game development studios and other partners.

Job requirements

Requirements:

  • Professional editorial experience in marketing, production, journalism, consultancy, or other related roles (3+ years)
  • Excellent written and spoken English 
  • Wide knowledge and passion for video games and the industry
  • Ability to work autonomously on a variety of projects and tasks
  • Creative and eager to push new ideas with confidence
